Traffic School Monitoring

NTSA is a non-profit, public benefit 501(c)(3) Corporation formed solely for the purpose of providing classroom and home study traffic school monitoring services in the following California counties: Amador, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, San Francisco, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, and Tulare. These services are provided by NTSA at no cost to Courts. All contract services provided by NTSA are authorized under C.V.C 11205 section (l), (m) and 11205.1.

Our primary mission is to insure that through our monitoring, third party final examination preparation, grading and completion certificate issuing services, the public will be assured that they will receive a comprehensive and high quality traffic school course experience that meets the State and Court requirements and standards.

NTSA brings over 17 years of classroom traffic school monitoring and over eight years of home study hands on monitoring experience. NTSA pioneered the first database centric, final examination engine that is used to present randomly ordered home study traffic school final examination questions and answers to home study traffic school course students. NTSA developed the concept of course specific questions to be added to the final examination to insure the course taker, is the test taker, adding needed credibility and integrity to the home study traffic school program.
