About NTSA

IMPORTANT: Beginning January 1, 2013, the DMV has assumed the duties of monitoring traffic school programs in the State of California. NTSA will continue to process people who have registered for traffic school on or before December 31, 2012.

National traffic Safety Administration, Inc. (NTSA) is a non-profit, public benefit 501(c)(3) Corporation.

NTSA brings over 27 years of traffic school monitoring and support services authorized under CVC §§ 42005, 11205 section (l), (m) and 11205.1. NTSA has over 18 years of providing to courts, hands on home study traffic school course review, final examination development, student testing, and certificate issuing services.

NTSA pioneered the concept of providing third party final examination testing process for home study traffic schools. NTSA developed the uniform final examination used to uniformly test all students using a pool of questions that were developed from the DMV handbook and the curriculum that is required to be followed for all licensed classroom traffic schools. The unique design randomly selects questions from the pool of questions on the database and creates a virtually unique final examination each time. NTSA developed the concept of course specific questions used with our DMV related questions, to reasonably assure the court that the person that has taken the final examination is the person that took the course.

NTSA can provide clerks to contracting courts as well as the monitoring services listed above at absolutely no cost to your Court.
