COURSE REVIEW AND EVALUATION

NTSA provides online and home study traffic school course review and evaluation to ensure compliance with all Court requirements and standards. Course reviews are conducted exclusively by a retired California Highway Patrol Officer with 30 years of experience.

POSITIVE STUDENT IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Where applicable, NTSA requires the registered student to correctly answer non-intrusive questions presented by an online identity verification service. This type of positive verification is similar to what is commonly used by banks and other financial instructions with the exception of the non-intrusive questions.

FINAL EXAMINATIONS

NTSA provides randomized final examinations to all students, virtually eliminating the possibility of a student being passed with any form of assistance. NTSA assists each course provider in developing a series of security, or course specific questions, that relate to specific events or properties about their course and have nothing to do with the required curriculum. NTSA includes a balance of security questions and curriculum questions so that the student must answer both types of questions to receive a passing score. All internet traffic school courses are seamlessly linked to the NTSA test engine at the conclusion of each traffic school course and the pertinent student information is then passed to NTSA.

Once the student has been positively identified, they are presented with an examination composed of randomly ordered questions and answers. The final examination is derived from multiple pools of questions and answers from NTSA's database. The process of randomly ordering questions and answers creates a virtually unique examination each time a test is generated. Upon completing the final examination, our server immediately grades the examination and presents the results to both the student and the traffic school. If a student does not receive a passing score, they may immediately retake the examination. A new examination will be generated and presented to the student.

ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE DELIVERY

NTSA transmits all student certificate information electronically to eliminate the possibility of certificate fraud. Only NTSA and the court know exactly how the electronic certificates are deliverd and what they look like. NTSA batches and distributes certificate information to the court every 24-hours.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

NTSA provides toll free customer service and technical support during the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday though Friday. Outside of business hours, calls are forwarded to voicemail and are answered on the next business day. NTSA relives the court and traffic schools by handling a large volume of calls on their behalf, assisting students with technical problems or questions regarding their final examination, helping to determine when the court received their certificate, resolving past due issues, and addressing customer complaints or problems.
